RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Bookings
To make a reservation, send an email to enrique@zunzuneguiacaballo.com and wait for confirmation.
The reservation will become effective by depositing 30% of the stipulated price once confirmation is received. 10 weeks before the trip, the rest of the amount must be deposited until the total stipulated price is complete. Riders who wish to book in a period of less than 10 weeks and with places still available for the trip in question, must pay the full price to make said reservation effective.
Reserved the admission right
The right of admission is reserved for any rider, who may not be accepted for not meeting the necessary requirements for the proper development of the trip. Likewise, any rider who, during the trip, does not comply with the rules of conduct with animals or other clients or is not in a position to continue the trip, will be rejected and the money paid for the trip will not be refunded.
Cancellation policy
The company needs to know the wish to cancel the trip in writing.
- Cancellations made 91 days before or more than the trip start date: €200/person non-refundable.
- Cancellations made between 90 and 31 days before the trip start date: 65% of the total cost per person non-refundable.
- Cancellations made 30 days before the trip start date: the total cost per person is non-refundable.
